Versioned legal documents and acceptance.

Each document below is versioned. We preserve the document version, the user who accepted it, the tenant they stood behind, the date, the IP address that initiated the acceptance, and a tamper-evident digest of the exact text the user saw. Re-publishing a newer version retires the prior one — but earlier acceptance rows remain valid evidence for the older version.
